Trying to launch an acting career in the modern age is a steep climb.  Trust me, I’m in the thick of it myself.

Largely due to the “ease” of modern technology, more and more demands are being made on early-career performers than ever before: putting together websites, crafting reels, shooting & editing self-tapes, etc., etc., etc. If your background is (surprise, surprise) in performing and not so much any of these other areas, chances are you may feel overwhelmed from time to time.  I certainly do, and I even have experience in these areas.
